Development of Fundamental Technologies for Normally-off Computing  Normally-off computing, non-volatile memory, power saving  2011-2015  I developed some fundamental technologies for normally-off computing. 
Study of Heat-spread-oriented Processors  thermal design, power consumption  2012-2014  I developed a new processor architecture for processing under low peak temperature for exploiting higher clock frequencies. 
Development of Power Management Frameworks in Post-peta Scale Systems  high performance computing, power management, hardware overprovisioning, power shifting  2012-2018  System power is expected to be the most stringent constraint in design of post-peta scale systems, so I am developing a power management framework for improved overall system performance under power constraints.
