1. Synthesis of low-dimensional functional materials and growth of semiconductor thin films.
2. Basic research and application of new optoelectronic materials.
3. Clarifying the working principle and mechanisms for improving the efficiency by studying photoexcited carrier dynamics (injection, transfer, transport, charge separation and recombination) in various solar cells such as QD-based solar cells and perovskite solar cells.
